not eligible for speedie...intentional split from another article that was too long
[edit]{{admin help}}
(this is an intentional split of a longer article and per the directions in the template is NOT elible for speedy. If you want to read the specifics of both articles, their talk pages and then discuss the subpage, feel free and I welcome considered input. This is not a speedie though...)TCO (talk) 20:13, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
- Oh...and I spent over an hour writing a summary that would cut the length to 50%, with a lot of thought on what was pruned from the summary but remained in the expanded article. I don't get the impression that the speedie tagger read what I had already written on the talk page of both articles or compared the content in the two sections. (Maybe he did, but he doesn't discuss any details.)P.s. the other article (Painted turtle is being groomed for FA. I know what I'm doing, here!TCO (talk) 20:27, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
- No, I guess it was automated. The admin help template used above maybe won't help as it is suppose to go on a user talk page. Regards, SunCreator (talk) 20:39, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
