There are a few problems with this article. It is not clear that this person is sufficiently notable, what is their claim to fame? Also it is not normal Wikipedia practice to include their rank or title in the article title, it would be better to find another way of describing him. PatGallacher 13:13, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
