This article suffers from the same problems that I was discussing in IRC - there aren't sufficient independent sources to create an article of substance. You have information from the state department of transportation (which could easily be viewed as a primary source), maps (another primary source), and a whole host of press releases (which I would view with great skepticism - they are usually advertisements). If there had been newspaper articles, for example, that discussed this road and its history, I would have been more convinced of its notability. I'm surprised there weren't, since there was a large construction project. Did you look in local papers? Awadewit (talk) 18:31, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
