Wikify page
[edit]Did a first cut at wikifying the page. It seems to be just a copy of the 'about' section from the official web site, which is not good wiki page. I have condensed it a bit, but needs more, probably needs somebody with some knowledge of the CMA to condense it down further and check current state of the organisation. just looks like the legal text that establishes the agency, for example has the disputes committee been set up and is it running are the committee members up to date??
