I'm working with the Guggenheim and added an extended section about the collection work, "Whose Utopia?" I added my own source, but the reference numbers didn't correct themselves. So now there are two #1s on the ref list. I'm a wikipedia novice...can someone help correct this for me? Liat621 (talk) 14:15, 2 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Liat621: Wow, that was a clusterfuck. We went from a well-referenced article to having no references at all. The article was short but well-referenced when it was created, but most the references were erased when a sandbox article was incorporated. This edit was the one that mangled the references. Unfortunately, instead of fixing it or rolling back the changes, all of the references were just deleted. I assume that Pharos and Bgwhite had good intentions, but it is very frustrating to see article quality diminish over time. gobonobo+c06:02, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
