I've made one tweak to the prose, but there isn't much left to comment on. I rectified a few things with the layout a couple of weeks ago, so the structure's now fine. The citations are all perfect (and certainly GA standard) in form and number. No edit wars or neutrality problems (given the subject matter, neither was particularly likely).
