Talk:Canon EF 600mm lens

Article started

I started the article (a stub), but I left out the infobox - {{Infobox photographic lenses}}. The infobox has a few problems:

1. It includes info for current versions of the lenses, eg it has an "Image Stabilisation" (IS) field but this article talks about two lenses - one with IS and one without.
2. It has the US retail price. That price is subject to change, it is more encyclopedic (in my opinion) to include the release price.
3. The infobox is too long, it may be more useful just to list critical info in the infobox, and have a table later on in the article for other details (like lens group numbers, max apertures etc).
