Candyman, what he really is...
[edit]The Candyman is a secret code name for a crack dealer in the hood. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Messupstuff (talk • contribs)
- Fair point. I added an entry for that. -MrFizyx 20:25, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
About the songs
[edit]About the songs, I think they have to be ordered by year of release.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 200.45.111.69 (talk • contribs).
- Well, mostly they are, after you take into account that 1) directly linked items are supposed to go above those that have only indirect (album or artist) links, 2) more "popular" items go above less (the Christina Aguilera song has nearly 100 What links here links; the Siouxie & the Banshees song, fewer than 50), and 3) "Candyman" entries are separated from "Candy Man" and "The Candy Man" and the Aqua song with the "Candyman" subtitle.--ShelfSkewed Talk 19:31, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
Candy Man Blues
[edit]Please don't remove the Mississippi John Hurt song "Candy Man Blues" which is also known as "Candyman". It's older than the others, culturally important and will probably still be sung after some of the pop tunes are long forgotten. -MrFizyx (talk) 19:16, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Candy an is a euphemism for drug dealer.
