Fair use rationale for Image:MollyLips.jpg

[edit]

Image:MollyLips.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 00:01, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Bleach" remaster

[edit]

On the Bleach remaster, there is a live show recorded February 9, 1990 at Pine Street Theatre, the exact same place and date that this version of "Molly's Lips" was recorded. Should it be noted, then, that this live version is no longer exclusive to this single? Tubularbells1993 (talk) 15:15, 1 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Or rare, for that matter? Tubularbells1993 (talk) 15:39, 1 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 1 September 2018

The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

Moved as proposed. Not particularly controversial. bd2412 T 01:15, 19 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

– Per Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums/Album article style advice, "[f]or split albums of which there is no single official title, use the two artist names separated with two spaces and a forward slash, such as Isis / Pig Destroyer. ... If the split has two titles, one per side, use the same forward-slash formatting, such as Jihad / Freezing Moon." Articles from "Candy/Molly's Lips" to "Touch Me I'm Sick/Halloween" are Category:Split singles. Articles from "Achilles/Engineer" to "Zu/Iceburn" are Category:Split albums. I would appreciate help from an editor, who can use tools to move multiple articles at once. — bieχχ (talk) 16:32, 1 September 2018 (UTC) --Relisting. WP:TITLESLASH only says "Some topics have a slash in the name, and should be named accordingly". MOS:SLASH seems to support almost all of this proposal as it reads "A spaced slash may be used ... to separate items that include at least one internal space (the NY 31 east / NY 370 exit), where for some reason use of a slash is unavoidable". — bieχχ (talk) 17:48, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
WP:TITLESLASH supports titles that use slash. However, out of the first 10 articles I've checked, most had no sources, a couple had sources to things which don't even mention the joint single - these articles don't even have sources that support that they are commonly known as such (or even notable for an article, but that is a different issue). Fast Girl/Beware Wolf and Fluorescent Grey/Oh, It's Such a Shame do have 1-2 sources that confirm that they are called as such. Will wait to see if anyone else contributes to this. --Gonnym (talk) 06:45, 2 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
