Style similar to 2019 page

Hi, so I've found the 2019 page to be excellent in regards to showing the results of the general election (Results of the 2019 United Kingdom general election), should we style it like that as opposed to just listing who was in each constituency? Essexman03 (talk) 12:23, 6 July 2024 (UTC)

Also, this is inconsistent with previous pages, the 2019, 2017, 2015 and 2010 pages all do it the old way. It is also EXTREMELY fiddly to use this table for analysis (most votes for a party, seeing seats where certain parties ran and where they didn't, etc...), and I don't think anyone who wants the list of every candidate will use this page, as there is already such a page, so please let's go back to the old format. 135.23.202.14 (talk) 17:08, 6 July 2024 (UTC)

The consensus from a discussion prior to the election was to have two results pages: Results of the 2024 United Kingdom general election in the same format as previous elections but also a more detailed Results of the 2024 United Kingdom general election by constituency page in the same format as Results of the 2021 Canadian federal election by riding. I'm currently travelling so don't have time to add many results to either page– I started adding results to this one but, incredibly, was reverted without explanation by @Borgenland:. So I made a draft table, starting with a few in Wales (simply as it is easier for me to work with like seven parties as opposed to ten different ones in England & Scotland etc.), should we style it as such, or what adjustments would you put in and so on?

What does bold mean? Elected? And if so, it has to be changed I guess, because it is does not meet accessibility requirements. Dajasj (talk) 16:43, 28 August 2024 (UTC)
