[edit]In cartoons and television programs, sometimes a announcer will come on announce some like "so and so has been cancelled so that we bring you this new show". I have heard in in comedies like Married... With Children's Psycho-dad show within a show in one episode; Was there ever a time when the cancellation of program was announced on television in real-life?--Kevin586 (talk) 22:59, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Definition of "canceled" doesn't match status of some shows
[edit]In this article "canceled" is defined as, in general, a show that gets its plug pulled because of poor ratings. But then we have links to pages listing shows canceled in various years. The 2009 page lists Lost as having been "canceled." This doesn't match the definition given here, as Lost is coming to its planned and expected "conclusion." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.50.50.78 (talk) 21:58, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
