Board of Transport Commissioners

Board of Transport Commissioners currently redirects here, but its also linked from here which is not helpful (doubly so as its the first link). I'm not familiar with the topic, so I'm unsure whether the best course of action will be to just unlink it here or delete the redirect per WP:REDLINK.
