Image copyright problem with File:CP Dominion.jpg
[edit]The image File:CP Dominion.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
The following images also have this problem:

Heney versus Haney
[edit]Problem with the Heney reference, there are 2 Heney/Haneys. Both Michael J. both Irish, both railway builders. M Haney built the CPR and Haney BC is named for him. Heney built the amazing Copper River and Western in Alaska. They are two separate people it appears. I puzzled over this one for months. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.7.240.212 (talk) 23:56, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
Neutrality?
[edit]I didn't have any NPOV issues with this article, and so removed the neutrality tag. Wi2g 02:48, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
Copyright and FORK issues
[edit]There are two fundamental issues with this article that are insurmountable. First, this article was created and still is mostly the work of an editor (and their IP socks) banned for serial copyright violations. Second, much of this article is simply a WP:FORK of Canadian Pacific Railway. For these reasons, I have elected to blank and redirect this page to Canadian Pacific Railway. If someone feels the need to restore this article from a redirect, they must rewrite the article from scratch, too much of is is presumptive copyright violating material from offline sources which cannot be checked.
