Canadian Helicopters is no longer a public company as of the end of 2017. Canadian, Halifax offshore, Antarctica operations were retained by Don Wall. International operations and HNZ name were sold to PHI. https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/hnz-group-inc-to-be-acquired-by-president-and-ceo-don-wall-and-phi-inc-654244243.html

The company parent is no longer HNZ Group Inc.

Just over 90 aircraft in the fleet instead of the listed 102.

First, thank you for using the edit request option rather than trying to edit this yourself. Unfortunately, the queue is rather large so I'm sure this takes longer than you would like.
Actions taken:
  • revised logo uploaded, non-free usage documentation filled out
  • The press release stated that the new owner will be "a wholly-owned acquisition company (the "Canadian Purchaser" and together with PHI, the "Purchasers"), ". if it specifically identifies the new parent company I did not see it. If you can identify the name of that company I will add it as the parent company, but I am temporarily simply removing the name of the parent company.
  • I added a sentence and a reference to document the new ownership status
Action is not taken:
  • "Just over 90 aircraft in the fleet instead of the listed 102." (I need a reliable source supporting this statement)
  • I am unclear what action is taken regarding offices. You listed two offices which are both included in the list of bases. Does this mean all the other entries should be removed?
  • "Topflight's name was changed to Topflight Elite Training and Charter." I didn't see a reference to top-flight so did not see a need to know to change his name.
  • "Related companies: Acasta HeliFlight, Heliwelders, Nampa Valley Helicopters, Topflight Elite Training and Charter" unclear so not done.
