Backwards copying
[edit]In August 2010, this article was quite rightly tagged for its resemblance to [1].
Investigation suggests that the content was developed on Wikipedia. For example, look at this edit. The external site says, "No charges had been made to then for the production or distribution of hate propaganda under the Criminal Code." It's highly unlikely that he would have pasted it inaccurately and then altered it. Note, too, the following in that external source: "CAERS began lobbying all levels of government and holding demonstrations outside libraries.[17]" There are no footnotes on that page, but 17 is the footnote number of that content in that edit. See also the rearrangement of text here; the external site follows the later organization.
Under the circumstances, it does not seem that this content is in violation of that website's copyright. It may be that this user is an employee who constructed the content here and then exported it to the website. Given the evidence of natural evolution, I've tagged the article as a backwards copy, unless we get additional information to verify infringement. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 20:02, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
