Possible typo

Inscription text segment "the defeats of their armies in Germany in the memorable campaign of MDCCCCXIII" suggests 1913 rather than 1813 - but I am not familiar with the original text and do not know if this is an error correctly carried forward therefrom. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.239.3.17 (talk) 07:56, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
