Title
[edit]Can someone point out where in sources this title "Campaign to Suppress Bandits in Southwestern China" comes from? Dicklyon (talk) 14:56, 2 July 2019 (UTC)
It is striking that there exist four quite similar pages that geographically divide China in regions were "bandits" were fought:
- Campaign to suppress bandits in northeast China
- Campaign to Suppress Bandits in Wuping
- Campaign to Suppress Bandits in Eastern China
- Campaign to suppress bandits in southwestern China
The pages are almost copy-pasted, and contain telling phrases such as "Like other nationalist futile attempts to fight guerrilla and insurgency warfare against the communists after being driven off from mainland China, the very first grave strategic miscalculation made by the retreating nationalist government contributed at least equally if not greater than the enemy's political and military pressure to the nationalist defeat in this campaign."
edit added: so the language used gives a strong impression that these pages have been crafted on purpose.
