Old girls and boys
[edit]The old girls/boys list is becoming long and unwieldy and threatens to unbalance the whole article. Can it be pruned or relocated or something? DBaK (talk) 09:15, 5 October 2010 (UTC)
Burstall
[edit]I'm confused - was Burstall Camden, or North London Collegiate? At first glance at her article it looks like the latter, but maybe I am missing the point about school successions or something?? DBaK (talk) 15:33, 31 January 2016 (UTC)
- North London Collegiate and Camden were and are distinct schools, though both founded by Frances Mary Buss (NLC as a more elite establishment; Camden later as a more affordable lower-middle-class establishment). The ODNB – which, frankly, is a lot more reliable than wikipedia – says Burstall went initially to Camden, but later won a scholarship to NLC. I will edit Burstall's article to make that clear.
