Naming

"Cambridge Highlands" seems an unlikely name for what was a swamp or marsh area. Is there any information about how it got this name? Was it the invention of a real estate promoter, similar to the naming of Greenland? Reify-tech (talk) 04:41, 7 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
