[edit]Lead - Very thorough and explains the different sections very well.
Structure - Good use of embedded links, everything is well structured in order of importance in terms of context and what the average person most likely wouldn't know.
Balanced coverage - Great comprehensive article and well rounded perspective.
Neutral content - Very factual viewpoint and no added perspectives.
Reliable sources - Very reliable and great at finding sources outside of the IMF and using scholarly journals. --Jbelling (talk) 17:53, 5 December 2019 (UTC)--Jbelling (talk) 17:53, 5 December 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hi @Amara Sengamphan, great job on the Wikipedia page! I understand that it is hard to find document and sources for IMF, I am amazed by the amount of information you have on this page.
For the First Pillar, the lead section is consist of Cambodia's involvement in a time-line base. It did a great job summing up IMF's initial involvement with Cambodia, but the timeline stopped in 1997. I wonder if a more inclusive approach can benefit the narrative, but my suggestion can be subjective. For the Second Pillar, the structure is clear between history and project. Yet the same problem, the loan section stopped at around 2000, perhaps could have receive more coverage, and the suggestion also goes with the Third Pillar. For the Fourth Pillar, I find the content being neutral and the tone indifferent, from a none Cambodian's view, it is objective. For the Fifth Pillar, most of the sources are conceived of academic paper and IMF documents, in which they are probably the best choices there is. Therefore I find the use of sources generally reliable.
It is really a challenge to write IMF since they are not as active and informative as WB. Now that think of it, perhaps there are no IMF project after 2000 in Cambodia, or they are not disclosed yet for financial safety. Nicely Done! Runnan Yang, @Ruy043
