Medallion of the California Hall of Fame

This article could be improved by an explanation of the image on the medallion. No information is available, as far as I can tell, on the Hall's own website, except for the name of the designer. Is it a fictional figure, the embodiment of the Spirit of California? Is it meant to be genderless? What material is used? Grandma Roses (talk) 14:55, 6 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
