California Executive Order B-55-18 To Achieve Carbon Neutrality

This California Executive Order is not listed in Wikipedia. It may be the most aggresive Executive Order there is. There is a clause under the Heading, "Whereas California has taken the following steps to reduce greenhouse gas emmisions:"

Moving the State to 100% clean energy by 2045."
