Talk:Cage Warriors

I was told on Twitter by the Cage Warriors promotion, Ian Dean (their matchmaker), and Roxanne Modafferi that her fight with Sexton was not to be for any title. Unless you can prove otherwise, Sexton is not a CW champion.

Clean up/Update page

I am not disrespecting the page or the promotion, nor am I suggesting for anything for deletion, but I believe that the page can do with being updated to the same layout as similar pages use, like having all of Cage Warrior's events put into a organised box, which shows what event it is, where it's being held, when is it being held etc. References are also needed for the information on the page to help back up the page's defence if it were to ever be nominated for deletion, as there have been problems in the past of even major MMA promotions, such as Bellator and the UFC have had pages merged and even deleted. Also current champions needs to be updated, as I don't think that part of the page has been changed since I first noticed it back a few months back. Also some of the champions also have poorly laid out pages, again something that actually needs to be updated otherwise it may face deletion. I will offer my assistance by doing the first thing I suggested and put the events into a box to clean that up, after then it's up to someone else to tidy the rest of the page. Cage Warrior's rules?

Can someone say if the CW's ruleset is the same as the Unified Rules of MMA? and are there any changes to that system, such as no ground elbow strikes?

Also how many side are there to the cage, and can some make a note of all the notable fighters who have fought for Cage Warriors in the same way Cage Rage has been done? BigzMMA (talk) 13:29, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
