In contrast to dict entries, and to these non-conforming former entries:

* The Center for Institutional Analysis and Development, a libertarian think-tank in Bucharest, Romania
* Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals

... a Dab entry gets readers to an article, and, in similar contrast to these:

* The Cadi (Swiss region), a region in Switzerland along the Anterior Rhinefor which i've done a stub by weakly translating part of the German-WP article
* "Canadian Advanced Digital Ionosonde", a type of Ionosonde

... it does so bcz the article mentions the Dab-entry's topic, in providing encyclopedia-worthy info about it. When some article contains such info on one of the topics in question, this scrap heap may help someone in writing a proper corresponding entry.

Removed talk section

[edit]

A colleague appropriately removed a copy on this talk page of the article, from the apparently no-longer supported Hausa-language-WP, on Chad. Hausa is, IIRC, a major, perhaps predominant, language and ethnic group of Nigeria, and i see it belongs to the Chadic languages. So Hausanologists, Chadiologists, and linguists may want to consider whether Chad is worthy of a Cadi Dab entry.
