Cadence Weapon may not have met WP:MUSIC a year ago when the original AFD was conducted, but a lot has happened in the past year and he most certainly does meet the criteria of notability now that he has an international concert tour, citations in Chart and Exclaim! and arguably the single most heavily hyped Canadian album of 2006 so far under his belt. AFD is not a permanent ban on the subject ever having an article — people who weren't previously notable enough can become notable enough as circumstances change. If you still don't believe he's notable enough for an article, start a new AFD; the old one is no longer valid as he has now met the WP:MUSIC criteria that were not met a year ago.
