Locality or beach?

I've switched the Wikidata sitelink for this article from Cable Beach (Q14205848) (the beach) to Cable Beach (Q55819367) (the locality), because it's about more than just the beach and the infobox also says it's about the suburb. Feel free to correct me if this is wrong! It's prompted by the fact that the population figure relates to the suburb and not the beach (I don't know how many people live on the beach).
