Should probably move this to Centre Of Science And Technology (may or may not want to be concerned that is a prefix of Centre of Science and Technology for Rural Development). Not sure how to capitalize this title per MOS, it's currently all caps since they create an acronym that way. RJFJR (talk) 14:06, 12 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
