CNN Philippines Social Media Sites

[edit]

The CNN Philippines "Facebook page" listed on this article, which is facebook.com/CNNPhilippinesOfficial, is not the Official Facebook page of the upcoming channel.

I assume that they will use /cnnphilippines, which is the same as their Official Twitter account, and if you tried to visit the link, it will redirect you back to Facebook's home page. It possibly means that the Facebook page is currently unpublished. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.54.44.92 (talk) 11:37, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 2 external links on CNN Philippines. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

CNN Philippines New Day

[edit]

Since i'm a newbie in Wikipedia, I think we need to create Philippine version of New Day in Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BeemoZaslavskiMalvar (talkcontribs) 07:55, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal

To not merge, given no consensus for the initial or any alternative proposals, with stale discussion. Klbrain (talk) 20:34, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to suggest merging the articles Talk TV (Philippine TV network) and Solar News Channel into CNN Philippines. The situation appears to resemble that of CNN Portugal, where a previous local news channel adopted CNN branding, so I think information about these two previous networks should be integrated as part of this network's history. Oppose No need to condense the articles of 3 different TV networks into just one article. TheHotwiki (talk) 23:51, 1 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would personally disagree, since there was a clear sense of continuity between these three channels. Perhaps just the former two could suffice. Image2012 (talk) 06:28, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Image2012 I would rather support merging 9TV to CNN Philippines instead. While the merger proposal seems convincing, one thing that complicates is that TalkTV originally aired in a different channel (SBN-channel 21 and not RPN-channel 9). So was Solar News Channel. Image2012 (talk) 10:47, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
