COI
[edit]I've added proper disclosure for involved users. (I'm sorry that this is done afterwards.) In order to support cleanup, I'd suggest to change the header template from {{undisclosed paid}}
to {{COI}}

- Since you're taking action and the usernames seem obvious (and since editors were no longer around when they were told about the required disclosure), I don't think it was purposefully undisclosed paid editing. So, I also think it's fine to replace it with just a "COI" tag. If anyone disagrees, feel free to add it back (I'm not an expert here). Also, thanks JD at CMS for complying with the UPE policy.
