CGS Kestrel or DGS Kestrel...
[edit]So, was this vessel CGS Kestrel or DGS Kestrel? Or maybe both, at different times? The James Skitt Matthews photo calls her "Dominion Government Steamer 'Kestrel'"... Geo Swan (talk) 15:41, 9 December 2020 (UTC)
