[edit]Sorry. Terrible behavior, but I have not RTFM. Delete &/or ban as necessary.
The article twice mentions the "Obama Administration"
1. "inappropriately manipulated by members of the Obama Administration"
2. "allege that the Obama Administration attempted"
Sources 5 & 8/9/10 are cited for these two quotes, but none seem to implicate the administration as such.
Source 9 contains the following quote:
"They accused their superiors, including James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, of doctoring conclusions prepared for President Barack Obama and other policymakers."
Source 10 contains the following quote:
"Of course, this begs the question: Is Gen. Austin the victim of an internal CENTCOM intel cabal, or are its perpetrators engaged in a clumsy attempt to tell their Pentagon and White House superiors what they want to hear?"
It seems that there is no evidence to suggest "the Obama Administration" is involved at all -- or so far at least. I thought my definition might be wrong, so I looked up "US Administration" which redirects to "US Federal Government" which doesn't mention the military beyond the powers of Congress to declare war and the President's capacity as commander-in-chief. A brief bit of Googling tends to find military and administration presented as separate entities, but I'm not sure.
All I mean to say is, one of you overworked guys who knows all the rules should maybe take a look at it?

- I agree, I came to this article and I remember nothing in the stories claiming the OA directed these changes, these were changes by leaders to sell a picture to the OA that they believed they wanted to see. I'll see what changes i can make. Sephiroth storm (talk) 03:05, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
