I replaced the image with a different one that doesn't include the CD4 coreceptor; CD3 proteins are present in CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, and I thought the picture should be more general. Anriar (talk) 03:55, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

According to "Cellular and Molecular Immunology (5th edition, updated) Abbas AK, and Lichtman, Editor: Saunders, Philadelphia, 2003" ZAP70 associates with phosphorylated ζ; it does not explain in which way CD3 interacts with proteins of the signaling pathway.
