Is the story about the distribution of Ranma ½ movies a hoax?

From what I remember Viz distributed both Ranma ½ movies before turning over distribution to Pioneer. I do not believe that CBS or any of it's subsidiaries was involved in the distribution of any of the Ranma ½ anime. -- allen四names 04:06, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
