Raggedy Ann & Andy Pilot

As I recall, Storybreak aired a Raggedy Ann & Andy adaptation called "The Camel With the Wrinkly knees". The thing about this that I remember was the format was praticaly idenincal to that of "The Adventures of Raggedy Ann & Andy" with some difference. Andy wears red instead of blue, all the other toy characters in Marcella collection are missing. So this could have been a pilot for that series, or not. Does anyone know for sure?
