This article is clearly written from personal knowledge but it seems to suffer from two serious deficiencies:

(a) the factual statements about CADES aren't backed up by references to the published literature

(b) the factual statements are mixed with analysis (as to what was successful and what wasn't) which are probably unpublished elsewhere.

There have been a number of published papers on CADES but I'm reluctant to cite them without reading them first. Meanwhile I'll try to moderate the opinions a little, in the hope of provoking the author to provide evidence to back them up.
