Re COI and unsure Copyright violation. This webpage [1] contains a photo used in the article. I note that Anvil 4 was loaded by User:Jsg2020; and I see the mspc3policing.com page is labeled copyright. So it seems either we have a copyright violation or Jsg2020 has COI.
