The linked text of the descision at the bottom seems very abridged and does not contain the phrase res ipsa loquiter? It also does not match the Justicia text found here? (https://law.justia.com/cases/foreign/united-kingdom/159-eng-rep-299-1863.html) Is this an appellate descision?
