Nonspecific reference to "today"
[edit]There's a line that says "Cities that are leading BPO-ITeS hubs in India today:" but someone reading this in five year might not know that "today" means "five years ago". Instead of "today", it should say "as of _______" (depending on when it was originally written).
as a stereotype
[edit]The article needs to discuss more the common cultural citation that has by now almost become a cliché ... John Riemann Soong 22:07, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

I have rated this article as "Start" under the Business & Economics Assessment scale, but since this is a hot topic, discussed frequently in the media, it is of high importance. --Gavin Collins 13:52, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
