[edit]I have made two revisions to this article to bring it up to date: I have removed two mentions of the BBC New Media department, as they ceased to reside at Bush House in 2004 and moved to the White City building on Wood Lane. I have also revised the dates on which the World Service intends to leave Bush House in line with current BBC estimates, and added a point which I feel is important: that World Service will move into the newly-refurbished Broadcasting House, currently under expansion and renovation as part of the BBC's West One Project.
I am also being rather pedantic now, but would suggest that the BBC actually only occupies about 3.1 of the 5 wings, the North West wing now mostly consists of small offices for other organisations, and the studio capacity has been reduced to one, drama-based studio. [edit]Does the building occupy the entire block? In Google Maps, it looks like there are several buildings there, or is it connected underground? Is the official address just "Bush House, London"? Is it actually in the City of London? -- Beland (talk) 23:02, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
Hi Beland, The exact disposition of the Aldwych Crescent buildings causes confusion because they are often loosely described as 'Bush House'. The eastern segment of the Crescent is 'Australia House' and parts of the western segment is 'India House' ie their respective nations 'High Commissions'. 'India House' is situated between Bush House and what was Marconi House which is being completely rebuilt as offices.
The whole of the Crescent is in the City of Westminster, about 200 metres from the border with the City of London. Tony S 79.72.115.198 (talk) 11:46, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
