Position of Catholic church
[edit]It is probably worth noting somewhere on this page that the ecclesiastical underpinnings of this antisemitic ritual have been rescinded by Nostra aetate issued by the Second Vatican Council and that the practice has been condemned by the Catholic Church in Poland.
