Didn't people dispose of bodies in some manner or other before the American Civil War? Don't people occasionally die also in other countries, outside the US? True. I've added a 'globalize' tag. The article is very US orientated. Burial vaults aren't all that common in the rest of the world, let alone "required by many modern cemeteries". Yintan 22:17, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
