This article is completely unsourced and contains much material that is duplicated in the article to which I propose merging. A paragraph on the historical development of the concept there would probably be of more value than this article (with due deference to its authors), which I note is not linked from anywhere except Burglary and thus is unlikely to be found by anyone specifically searching for it. --Rodhullandemu (Talk) 01:40, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
