[edit]I am also working on the United States Public Policy Project and completed a copyedit of this article as a part of class. Most of what I changed had to do with capitalizaiton of government-related terms. I made a large number of the terms lowercase, because the titles are not used in conjuction with proper nouns. I used the APA style guide on the university's website as a reference. In terms of content, the section on the bill that came before the act is unclear. I would suggest specifiying when the bill came about with a introductory sentence. There are a few more capitalization errors that might need to be edited again for consistency.
