Louie the Fly

Bryce thought up Louie the Fly. 50 years down the track it's still working, albeit now beyond Bryce's control. Name

The lead currently starts with Arthur Bryce Courtenay. I added "commonly known as Bryce Courtenay" for accuracy and consistency with other bios. It was reverted with the comment that it was unnecessary because it was contained in the name. I disagree. Either the "commonly known as..." should remain or the lead should be changed to just Bryce Courtenay, with his birth name relegated to the infobox and the prose (like "Born Arthur Bryce Courtenay in ..."). I like this latter solution better in view of the fact that the article is named Bryce Courtenay. —[AlanM1(talk)]— 09:43, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

I agree, and I wish this approach applied Wikipedia-wide. The world knows him as Bryce Courtenay, and that's what they come here to read about. They don't care very much that his legal name was Arthur and that Bryce was his original middle name. That minor detail should definitely be presented, but it can appear in the Early life area, it does not need to go into the lede. -- Jack of Oz ^[Talk] 09:58, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

Australian trilogy

The Australian Trilogy can be bought as a single book [1], so should probably listed with "The" and upper-case "T" for Trilogy. Nick Duncan Saga, African books

1. Do we have any reference that these two books are collectively referred to as the "Nick Duncan Saga"? (My copies of the books don't mention it.) If not, we should probable delete the section heading.
2. If we keep the section should it be upper or lower case "S"?
3. Do we have any reference that groups the "African books" into a subset? If not, should we lose that heading as well?

States and overlinking

I removed superfluous mention of the names of states (eg "Canberra" vs "Canberra, Australian Capital Territory") and overlinking (eg of "Australia" in the infobox etc) because I believe that they are unnecessary in this context. User:Sj96 disagreed and reverted.
