[edit]Removed As the name suggest's it is made of bronze. from the main page - my understanding is that the medals are not specifically made of bronze but are bronze colored ( gold/silver medals outside the olympics are certainly not uniformly made to match the name ) - Peripitus (Talk) 07:12, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
Olive wreath

Brass medal?
[edit]I just realized today that there is more zinc than tin in the 2012 London Olympic bronze medal and since then there is no tin at all in the "bronze" medals.
