Marilyn (Tucker) Quayle
[edit]Anybody have a date for her graduation from BRHS? She should definitely be included in the notable alumni.Josh (talk) 14:40, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
Notable people listings
[edit]Just a short note to remind or inform the editors of this article on the requirements for being included on a listing of notable people. See WP:LISTPEOPLE. A person must either:
- Have a pre-existing Wikipedia biography that has referenced content showing their connection with the school.
- Have a pre-existing Wikipedia biography and an independent, reliably sourced reference here showing their connection to the school.
- Have enough independent, reliably sourced referencing attached to their entry here to show that they would qualify (be notable enough) for a Wikipedia biography and to show a connection to the school.
I removed several that did not and fixed the Wikilink for Marilyn Quayle. John from Idegon (talk) 23:22, 25 December 2013 (UTC)
- In addition, I have added an athletics section and merged the discussion of the basketball championship into it. I removed some trivial and or unverifiable copy from the stuff on the basketball championship. John from Idegon (talk) 01:59, 26 December 2013 (UTC)

Wayne Gretzky
[edit]Does anyone know why Wayne Gretzky is not listed in the 'notable alumni' section? While Gretzky did not graduate from BRHS, he did attend night classes as a student while playing for the Indianapolis Racers. That, I believe, is worth noting, to say the least.
