Has anyone got an image of a 155 in its new Northern livery as the red and cream Metro livery is now obsolete.David Graham (talk) 16:03, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
Surviving Units
[edit]Having read the article, it implies that Metro/WYPTE had 7 original units kept as 155s, and then ordered an additional 7x 155 units - i.e. that there are a total of 14x 155 units in operation.
The Junction only lists the 7 class 155/3 units. I know it's not necessarily a reliable source but if it is then the article almost contradicts itself, by saying that Metro saved 7 units, but also by saying that they ordered 7 additional units. As I understand it, there are only 7 units in operation based on what the Junction says.
I'm happy to re-write the article somewhat if needed although as with many articles about rail units a chronic lack of reliable references make it hard to verify information. -- NRTurner (talk) 12:40, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
Operations of original units
[edit]I've moved the sentemce about the routes which the original 155s worked on into the Operations section as it fits better there. This also overcomes the accusation of recentism. Alzarian16 (talk) 21:36, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

TOPS Serial Numbers?
[edit]Basically the same question i had on the 185's page, What is the TOPS range for these trains?
(155xxx) What are the numbers of the last 7 of them basically. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SageWater (talk • contribs) 15:26, 28 April 2017 (UTC)
- Unit numbers as built were 155 301-155 342, coach numbers 52301-42 and 57301-42. The first 35 units were later rebuilt to Class 153, unit numbers 153 301-153 335 and 153 351-153 385; at this time, coaches 57301-35 had their numbers increased by 50, becoming 57351-85 so that the last three figures would correspond. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 20:59, 29 April 2017 (UTC)

Interior Photo
[edit]Does anyone have any images of the interior of the Northern refurbishment for the class 155?
I feel like the current interior photo could do with being updated due to it being outdated and not what the current interior looks like.
Many Thanks. Maurice Oly (talk) 00:39, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
