- ... that Brison Manor, who played eight years in the National Football League, had never set foot outside of his home state prior to attending college? Source: Philadelphia Daily News ("And just like that, Brison Manor, the big defensive lineman from Bridgeton, NJ who never stepped outside the borders of the Garden State before he went to Pratt (Kan.) Junior College to play football, was the starting left end for the best defense against the rush in the NFL.") + Pro-Football-Reference.com (for eight seasons)
5x expanded by BeanieFan11 (talk). Self-nominated at 23:46, 2 July 2023 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/Brison Manor; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.
- The hook is interesting, cited inline, AGF on the sourcing but I'm accepting the quote. QPQ has been done and I didn't find any close paraphrasing. Article is long enough. The article appeared on ITN within the last year, but on the Recent Deaths section so the article is still eligible. My concerns is the time of 5x expansion. My DYKcheck is saying that the 5x expansion started on June 22 but the article was nominated on July 2, which is beyond seven days from the 22nd (meaning it should have been nominated no later than June 29). I would like to confirm if expansion did indeed start on June 22, because if that's the case then I'm afraid that the article is (just) barely ineligible. - I see. In that case this should be good to go then. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 15:07, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
