[edit]I got rid of the "no references" part and put two links up. As a Brisbane resident, I went to the new library contained in the building and it's very nice! We now have some decent architecture in Brisbane finally! M0rt 06:41, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
- Some say this building is fugly, munted and awfully designed and it is an eyesore and spoils the Brisbane skyline. It is top-heavy and has a weird box poking out the top for no apparent reason. This building is obviously designed on a small budget. (comment made on main page by 59.100.43.111)

Is anyone going to add a model of this building to google earth? Currently it still shows a construction site.
the owner is extremely old. ABM Amro sold it 2006 to Westscheme, who has now sold it to Charter Hall Core Plus Office Fund (50%) and Telstra Super (50%). Aust. Fin Review 26/10/10. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.139.54.253 (talk) 02:02, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
