The info I can find on Mr. Benn—both in the cited article and elsewhere on the internet—notes that he was Deputy Prime Minister but does not seem to say when! It was thus rather difficult to complete the infobox. Internet material on Guyanese government officials other than heads of state or incumbents is pretty scarce. @ElectricValkyrie: I got the same problem. According to "HISTORICAL INFORMATION EVENTS & DATES ON THE PARLIAMENT OF GUYANA" (see refs), the Office of Premier was established with the constitution of 1961. Benn served in 1957 as Elected Minister and he was listed #2 after Cheddi Jagan, therefore I assume that the obituaries who call him "Deputy Prime Minister" are talking about a de facto Deputy Prime Minister, however the term had not been defined yet. I've changed the lead to the offices he has served instead.KittenKlub (talk) 11:40, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
